This Kydex inside the waistband appendix carry holster is for concealed carry options at the appendix or kidney positions. Carrying your firearm in this manner keeps the firearm closer to your body to create less printing when carrying concealed.  The holster is made to be worn inside the waistband in front of the hip bone in the 1 o'clock position.
