Course description:
APT Firearms Academy's Children's Handgun Fundamentals Course is designed to teach kids (ages 9 – 12) to properly and safely handle and shoot a handgun. 
 
Topics covered:

• Emphasis will be on firearms safety rules and what to do in the presence of unattended firearms

• Proper gun handling technique

• Shooting positions

• Marksmanship

• Loading and unloading

 
Equipment needed:

• 22 handgun or pellet pistol

• Ear and eye protection

• 150 rounds of ammunition

• Ball cap

• Sack lunch

• Snacks and drinks
