Course description:
APT Firearms Academy's Utility Rifle Course is designed to teach rifle marksmanship. Hunters, those involved in practical rifle competitions, and those who wish to learn a possible life-saving skill will benefit from this course.
This course is designed for bolt action, single shot, some types of lever actions, and some semi-automatic rifles. Rifles are to be chambered from .223 to 30.06. Open sight, scopes, or ghost rings may be used, but the course is primarily for scoped rifles. Your rifle should have a proper shooting sling.
Before arriving at class the student must be able to operate the bolt or lever without removing the butt of the rifle from their shoulder.
